Your most important job as a volunteer is to have fun, create connections, and help bring the social atmosphere to life! We’re looking for a diverse team that reflects the different perspectives, cultures, and experiences within our community. We are proud to provide a queer-friendly environment where everyone feels safe, comfortable, respected, and free to be themselves. Volunteers help create unforgettable experiences by socializing with guests, joining activities, organizing games and nights out, and bringing positive energy to the hostel every day. One of the highlights is cooking a vegetarian family dinner for everyone to share — a moment that brings travelers together and helps create the family vibe we’re known for. And of course… party! Join activities, go out with guests, share drinks, dance, explore the city, and make every night memorable. The goal is simple: create connections, have fun, and make people feel at home.
