Join our nonprofit hostel in Monterey and help us create a welcoming space for travelers & families! You’ll assist with housekeeping or reception, and help lead weekly activities like group hikes or movie nights. In exchange for 20–24 hours per week, enjoy shared dorm lodging, hostel amenities, and lots of free time to explore Monterey, Big Sur, and California’s stunning coast.
