- Leading & developing daily activities inside the hostel such as; Drinking Games, Pub Crawl, Pub Quiz/Trivia, Beer Pong Tournament, etc, - Promote the bar (promote beer sales during activities). - Be a party animal, who likes naturally to lead the vibe of the hostel and to spread everyone with their energy. - Create content for social networks during activities ** Requirements ** - Previous experience in developing activities in Hostels - Be a natural party person - Respecting and defending the interests of the hostel. - 3 hours of work per day, with 2 days off per week. If you are more a person who enjoys sunsets every day, than probably this is not the right place for you to volunteer. --> In exchange, you get free staff dorm, breakfast and surf gear with free transfers to the surf spots
