Mission Description As a Receptionist Volunteer at The Rock Postel Patong, you will be part of our friendly front office team, helping to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for travelers from around the world. Your main responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, providing basic information about the hostel and local attractions, and supporting daily reception operations. You may also help respond to guest inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure smooth communication between guests and staff. This role is perfect for volunteers who enjoy meeting new people, working in an international environment, and gaining hospitality experience. You will work closely with our team to maintain a positive guest experience while contributing to a social and relaxed hostel atmosphere. No advanced experience is required, but good English communication skills, responsibility, and a positive attitude are highly appreciated.
